How long until you get your items?
- Instant eCertificates are emailed immediately after the order is placed.
- When we are shipping to you, after the order is placed, please allow 1 - 2 days to process. It will then ship. See shipping transit times below.
- Call ahead when same day processing is required. This is usually possible but not always available.
- Once you have a Star Registration Number, immediate PDF eCertificates and star charts are available via the Find Your Star link. Star Registration Numbers are usually provided immediately after an order is placed.
- We use USPS as our carrier. If you can get US mail, we can ship to you.
- We only ship to USA locations. The States and Territories.
- We are located in New Jersey USA. Shipping from NJ to your location varies accordingly.
